Full Description

{2}Rubbish pits containing pottery of 17th century date, one contained two tobacco pipe bowls of 1600-1640. Two of the pits contained animal burials.,{1}Early Post-Medieval remains were mostly denoted by scattered rubbish pits containing materials of the 17th and 18th centuries. Large pit dug into former timber building area in the 16th century.
