Summary

The site of the communal and living quarters for personnel working at Grafton Underwood airfield. The remains of blast shelters & concrete roads appear to be the only surviving elements.

{1}Apart from several brick blast shelters in fair to poor condition and traces of roads/ tracks there appeared to be little or no other standing remains from 'Site no.3, Communal'. The site is overgrown and lies in the middle of Grafton Park Wood,
