{1}Monitoring of development groundworks recorded post-medieval and undated features and finds. Two cobbled surfaces were revealed by machining. Date - 18-19th century. Also found was a shallow pit which contained a piece of clay pipe within its fill. The remains of a possible ditch were recorded within the extent of the foundation trench. The ditch was aligned north-east to the south west. The feature produced no datable evidence.
