Full Description

{1} Valenciennes Farmhouse (Grade II listed) and outbuildings photgraphed in response to application for conversion of barns. Valenciennes Farm redundant for agricultural purposes and out buildings in poor state of repair. Farm house itself in good condition. (Interesting to note small cottage to the rear of farmhouse). In total 10 colour prints and 6 slides were taken of the site prior to conversion. "As existing" drawings and site layout plan supplied by the developer as part of the application are also attached.
