Full Description
{1} A map of 1792 shows that the present arrangement of streets existed but that two other lanes west and south west of the village were also in use. One was a curved lane which ran from the present junction of the Holcot Road with the Overstone Road, down the valley bottom, and then turned east immediately north of the church on to the green. The other ran south west of Sywell House.
