Full Description
{1} Muscott Mill is shown here on the Tithe map of 1847.
{2} Windmill Mound (SP 63186385), lies S.E. of Windmill Barn on the side of the road to Muscott and within the land attributable to that village. It stands on the W. edge of a high ridge on sand and gravel at 130 m. above OD and consists of a low circular mound 0.25 m. high and 15 m. in diam., with no visible ditch. A windmill known as Muscott Mill is shown here on the Tithe Map of Norton.
