Abstract/Summary
This report has been prepared by Josephine M.Cormier R.I.B.A., I.H.B.C., at the request of I.M.Smith of Daventry District Council in accordance with a brief dated 30th October 2000 provided by A.Bond, principal Conservation and Heritage Officer of Northampton District Council, to aid in the assessment of the likely impact of an application for Listed Building consent (Application Number DA/00/1013LB and 1021LB). It is based on a two visits to the building made on the 1oth and November 2000 and visits to the Northamptonshire Record Office.
