Abstract/Summary
Northamptonshire Archaeology were commissioned by Clayson Country Homes Ltd to carry out an archaeological desk-based assessment of land at Western View, Northampton. As a result of this study it has now been established that archaeological remains relating to the medieval defences of Northampton Castle and post-medieval buildings may be present on the site.
