Abstract/Summary

Northamptonshire Archaeology was commissioned by GK Heritage to undertake a measured earthwork survey on 26ha of land within the Wood Burcote Estate. The survey identified and recorded earthworks including the open field system relating to the shrunken medieval village of Wood Burcote. Later activity was represented by features associated with the landscaping of the 20th century parkland and modern disturbance.
