Abstract/Summary

An archaeological trial trench evaluation was carried out by Northamptonshire Archaeology on land to the rear of 33 Hartwell Road, Roade, Northamptonshire. The work was undertaken in advance of the construction of new residential dwellings and access roads to the properties. Archaeological deposits and artefacts of post-medieval date were encountered during the course of the evaluation.
