Abstract/Summary

Research and level 2 building recording was undertaken prior to development. Spring Hill Farm is a Loose Courtyard plan farm of the period c1750-1880. Most of its surviving buildings served a mixed arable and pastoral regime, with a more recent focus on pig rearing. The building retains little detail.
