Abstract/Summary

The reconnaissance magnetic susceptibility survey has highlighted a number of areas of magnetic enhancement which may be related to archaeological activity. The detailed gradiometry survey has located a number of anomalies that may be of an archaeological origin. Positive linear anomalies indicate the presence of cut features; negative linear anomalies suggest former earthworks or banks. Discrete positive anomalies have been interpreted as pits of possible archaeological origin.
