Abstract/Summary

This document is an archaeological standing building survey of an outbuilding belonging to 2, The Green, Hardingstone, Northamptonshire (SP 76755 57918), in advance of the proposed conversion and extension of the building to residential use. The building is a mixture of stone built and brick built with a slate roof. It is likely to be 19th century in date, with a more recent small lean-to brick/slate addition at the south-west end. The building comprises several sections which appear to have been used for a variety of purposes, including stables, tack room, hay storage and coach houses.
