SNN112543 - Evaluation report: Land at Poachers Close, Walgrave, Northamptonshire

Neo Environmental was commissioned by Whiterock Homes to undertake an archaeological field evaluation at Land at Poachers Close, Walgrave, Northamptonshire, NN6 9PH (centred approximately NGR E480635 N272480). The field evaluation was undertaken to address Condition 3 of the decision notice (Planning Reference DA/2017/0088). None of the trenches excavated contained any visible archaeology. Trenches 1 and 3 contained small areas of compacted construction material which are likely residual from the recent demolition of previous buildings within the Application Site.
