Abstract/Summary
This Heritage Statement has been prepared by Alan Baxter for Magic Living Limited to accompany a planning application for the conversion and partial redevelopment of the site of the Naseby Hotel, Kettering, into Co-Living rooms. It provides an assessment of the history and significance of the site and assesses the impact of the proposed development.
