Abstract/Summary
MOLA Northampton carried out an archaeological evaluation on land at Old Coopers, Lodge Lane, Long Buckby, Northamptonshire for construction of a new residential development. Four archaeological features, all ditches, were encountered. Trench 1 and 2 each contained two ditches. One sherd each of Late Iron Age and Roman pottery were recovered from potentially the same ditch found in both trenches, due to close proximity and alignment.
