SNN115643 - Land rear of 41, 41A Cambridge Street, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire: Observation, Investigation, Recording, Analysis and Publication

CFA Archaeology Ltd carried out an archaeological Observation, Investigation, Recording, Analysis and Publication as a condition on a planning application for the erection of a four storey building comprising seven apartments on land rear of 41, 41a Cambridge Street, Wellingborough. The work was carried out over several days in January, February, June and July 2023 on behalf of Mr Dean Albuery. No archaeological finds, features or deposits were exposed during the excavation; however, two brick floors from the 19th century were found and explored.
