Abstract/Summary

From January to Februrary 2020, Crestwood were commissioned to undertake a Building Recording of the Former Church of St. Peter, Little Oakley. A photographic record was created, which consisted of 209 digital photographs illustrating both external and internal elevations with details of individual, features and fixtures where appropriate. The results of the investigation found that the earliest fabric of the present building dates from the 13th century, with later additions including the construction of the west tower in the 15th century. The Church saw alterations occur from the 15th century up until recent times.
