Abstract/Summary
This document is an archaeological standing building survey of an outbuilding at Lovells Farm, Weston, Northamptonshire (NGR SP 58873 46787), commissioned from Archaeological Building Recording Services (ABRS) by J G Mawle & Son in advance of the proposed change of use of the outbuilding to a farm office. The outbuilding originated as an open fronted shelter shed forming the western range of the farmyard. Cartographic sources indicate the building is a mid 19th century enlargement of an earlier building. There is no clear physical evidence of this earlier building. The roof is predominately waney timber and retains a number of ambiguous assembly marks. The archive will be deposited with Northamptonshire County Council can be arranged under the Event Number ENN110970.
