Abstract/Summary

The desk-based assessment and survey shows the route of the pipeline to traverse arable and pasture fields above boulder clay, limestone and alluvium substrata. To the north it crosses areas of the former Rockingham Forest. Areas of archaeological potential have been located including evidence of charcoal burning within the former woodland.
