Description
{1} In July 1999 Cotswold Archaeological Trust was commissioned by Sandspinners to undertake an archaeological evaluation on land at Ryehill Farm, Long Buckby, Northamptonshire. The fieldwork was conducted between 3rd and 10th September 1999. The evaluation identified a number of undated features as well as ditches dating to the late Iron Age and Romano-British periods, but there was no evidence for a postulated minor road running northwards from Bannaventa, situated c.1 km to the south of this site.
