Description

{1} Paul Mantle Partnership are proposing the development of a site at 147 Watling Street. The site comprises a residential building and restaurant on the west side of Watling Street at its junction with Richmond Road, an area of c.2,500sq ft. The site lies within the south-western extent of Towcester conservation area. A desk-based archaeological assessment has been carried out by John Samuels Archaeological Consultants.
