Description

{1} The evaluation comprised the excavation of four test pits, only one of which contained archaeology. In test pit 4 a floor surface and post-pad dating to the 12th century were uncovered. These are likely to form part of a timber frame building possibly fronted onto Welton Road. Site code: DCA10.
