Description

{1} Northamptonshire Archaeology was commissioned by Fisher Gemen, on behalf of Messrs Heygates, to conduct an archaeological trial trench evaluation of the land at Ace Lane, Bugbrooke, Northamptonshire, prior to proposed residential development on the site. Two trenches were excavated. Trench 1 revealed one medieval pit and a post-medieval building with associated demolition debris. Trench 2 contained further medieval and post-medieval pits as well as possible prehistoric features.
