Description

An archaeological survey and building recording was carried out at 38 Fitzroy Terrace prior to the building's conversion to residential. The property is a 19th century building which has served as a warehouse/ manufacturing place since its construction to the present date. Externally the first and second floor window appertures appear unaltered, with the ground floor window openings built up in more recent years.
