{1} A programme of archaeological building recording was undertaken by MOLA Northampton on the 11th May 2015 in advance of the proposed conversion of the former barn/stables and hayloft for residential use at 35 Wappenham Road, Helmdon, Northamptonshire. The Grade II listed farm house dates to the 17th century. The stable and passage were part of a butcher’s establishment with the shop at the entrance of the property fronting the road.
