Description

{1} Archaeological monitoring was undertaken during the excavation of strip foundation of a new house. They were excavated c0.65m wide and 1.0m deep. A service trench was excavated along the wetsern side of the site, measuring 0.30m wide and 1.30m deep. Two soakaway pits which were 1.20m square and 1.10m deep were also excavated. Only a 14th-century pit was observed.
