Description
Between May 2019 and April 2020 ADAS carried out a strip, map and sample excavation and an archaeological watching brief for Willmott Dixon Construction Ltd (the Client), which was required for the development of a new cinema complex on the former site of the Daventry Library at Mulberry Place, Daventry. The archaeological works revealed the presence of Early Medieval, Medieval and post-medieval linear features and pits on the site as well as the presence of a possible medieval burgage wall
