Description

{1} An archaeological watching brief conducted during laying of pipeline in Brackley, in order to determine whether there were any archaeological remains relating to former medieval street frontages or market place that are thought to exist. No clear evidence relating to either monument was recovered Survival of any medieval remains in the area would seem unlikely due to possibility of further cellarage and proximity of natural geology to modern road makeup.
