Description

Site code: NLS96. Trial excavation of a small plot west of Newbridge Lane. Two trenches were excavated; one, which was parallel to the lane, was 8.30m long and the other, across the rear of the plot, was 12.90m long. A single medieval pit or ditch was identified but no other features.
