Description

{1} Of the 20 trenches excavated, only seven contained features of archaeological interest. The enclosures identified by the geophysical survey were shown to date to the lat Iron Age and early Roman period, specifically 1st - 2nd centuries AD. An apparently circular enclosure ditch in Trench 8 was undated.
