Full Description
{1} Gasworks. Gasworks were established in 1860 to the north west of the village. There are a number of structures in existence which relate to the gasworks including a large brick built three storey construction dated 1898.
{4} The Long Buckby Gas Light Coke and Coal Company Ltd was taken over by Northampton Gaslight Company in 1933. Remaining plant and site vested in the East Midlands Gas Board from the Northampton Gaslight Company.
