Full Description

{2} Opposite Titchmarsh lane Horton's Lane led south from the main street, possibly continuing to the south of Back Lane. There is no evidence to suggest that it was built up with medieval tenements. There is also the possibility that one or more other lanes extended back from the main road, based on the evidence of the 1782 map, but the evidence is equivocal.
