Full Description
{5} Forecourt pool surround. 1939. By Wilfrid Lawson Carter. On the axis between the entrance gates and the factory entrance is the long forecourt pool which has a flat plain surround with canted corners at the entrance end.
The gatepiers and gates and pool form part of a significant group with Pearce’s Leather Works factory and generator and garage block (qv).
