Summary

An early 17th century house with early 19th century alterations located on the eastern side of Station Road. The building is constructed of coursed limestone with a pantile roof and a large stone chimney stack at the left gable. The road frontage has a leaded casement beneath the eaves, a large eight pane sash window to the ground floor left and a door and small single light window on the right.

Full Description

{1} House. Early C17 and early C19. Squared coursed limestone with pantile roof. Originally one-unit plan. 2 storeys. One-window range with leaded casement, under eaves, at first floor. 8-paned unhorned sash window, under wood lintel, to ground floor left. Small single-light window with cast iron glazing bars and diamond panes under shallow brick arch. Central C20 door, under wood lintel. Large stone stack at end.
