{1} Farmhouse. Mid C18 for Ecton Hall Estate. Squared coursed lias with plain-tile roof. T-shape plan. 2 storeys with attic. Main front of 4-window range of casements with glazing bars under wood lintels. 6-panel door with glazed top lights to left and C19 French doors to right, both with wooden porches. 3 stone gabled eaves dormers. Ashlar gable parapets and brick stacks at ridge and end. Similar C19 wing projects to rear.
