Full Description

{1}1010 acres/ enclosed 1803. Cornelius Ives, Lord of Manor 651a nearly half is old inclosure (1833). 1677 manor sold to Rev Wm Ives by Gaius Matthew. Old manor house taken down "few years hence" by Mr Ives, new residence on its site. Sketch of old house.

{2} Seat belong to Mr Ives estate about £400 per annum.

{3} Bradden house is traditionally the site of a manor house of the Knights Hospitallers who held land in Bradden. The existing building certainly incorporates a late medieval structure.
