{1} House. Datestone 1828. Lias ashlar with slate roof. 2-unit plan with lean-to at rear. 2 storeys. 3-window range. Central 6-panelled door has reeded panels and moulded wood doorcase with half round pilasters and bracketed hood. Rectangular fanlight with glazing bars. Door is flanked by canted wood bays, with sashes and glazing bars on stone bases. Sash windows at first floor have glazing bars and are under flat stone arches. Ashlar band between floors. Ashlar gable parapets and brick stacks at ends. Datestone in right gable. Interior not inspected but noted as having panelled window reveals.

{3} A Level 2 Historic Building Survey was undertaken by University of Leicester Archaeological Services on 4 June 2025 at Crabtree Lodge, 6 The Green. The survey recorded a late 19th-century two-storey agricultural outbuilding associated with Crabtree Lodge. Historic mapping shows a smaller structure on the site in 1886, with the building enlarged to its present footprint by 1900. Constructed of red brick with slate roofs, the building incorporates and overlies earlier elements of the outbuilding complex, including an earlier gable wall to the east and a boundary wall to the south, demonstrating that it represents the latest phase of development within this part of the site. The building contains a single room on each floor. A first-floor doorway in the western gable indicates use as a hayloft, while the ground floor was probably used as a stable or cart shed. A later extension to the north elevation enlarged the ground-floor space and is interpreted as a mid-20th-century modification associated with conversion to garage use. Other alterations include a later casement window and localised brickwork repairs. The building was subsequently used for general storage. The structure illustrates the evolution of a small agricultural outbuilding from horse-powered agricultural use to motor vehicle storage during the 19th and 20th centuries. A 20th-century piggery and modern shed were also noted but were not the primary subjects of the archaeological recording.
