Summary
Crop/soilmark: Good quality photography. Archaeological observation undertaken in 2018 prior to the construction of an agricultural building identified one of field boundaries, which contained pottery dating to the Roman period.

Full Description
{2} Archaeological observation undertaken in 2018 during the construction of an agricultural building at Manor Farm identified a linear feature aligned north-east to south-west. Pottery within the fill was identified as Nene Valley colour coat and dated to the 2nd-4th centuries AD. The feature is likely to be continuation of the cropmarks identified on aerial photographs.
