Monument record 400/0/45 - Probable medieval earthworks, west of Badby

The earthworks of three embanked closes survive behind existing houses. Geophysical survey undertaken in 2025 confirmed the survival of the features.

{3} Geophysical survey identified anomalies that coincided with the earthworks recorded by the Royal Commission. The survey has detected multiple
ditches and banks. In places the banks form rectangular patterns and are likely to be associated paddocks. Many of these anomalies clearly correspond with features that are visible on the LiDAR data plot.
