Full Description
{1} Enclosure fieldwalked 1989, cropmarked and then trial trenched. Small rectangular defended enclosure. One wide defended ditch. 4.7m wide and only partly excavated 0.5m. Hut in NW corner 10m in diameter.Ringditch in enclosure ditch 1.5m wide and 0.65m deep.
{2}Middle to late Iron Age enclosures, Roman settlement, Saxon, Medieval and Post Medieval settlement, evaluation by M Shaw.
