Full Description

{1} A trapezoidal ditched enclosure measuring c.60m across. It has small internal compartments abutting its eastern side and its south western corner, and a circular features, probably a roundhouse, in its north western corner. The overall form of the site would be consistent with an Iron Age date.

{2} Geophysical survey, in 2023, confirmed the sub-rectangular enclosure with internal compartments that was found in the 2013 survey. In addition to this, the survey found potential roundhouses and pits within the enclosure. An updated date of this site has been attributed to being of either Iron Age or Roman date.
