Full Description

{2} There were a number of isolated ditches, pits and postholes in trenches to the north of the Iron Age settlement (HER 4630), although only two, both in Trench 224, contained Iron Age pottery. All the rest were undated. The ditches may represent part of a wider field system associated with the settlement.
