Full Description

{1} A complex of intercutting ditches on a south-west to north-east alignment was identified during the trial trenching investigation. The ditches were around 2m wide and 1m deep and probably represented a boundary that had been redefined on multiple occasions. Only two sherds of late prehistoric pottery and flint blade were found in the ditch fills indicating that they were probably situated some distance from settlement.
