Full Description
{1} A building recording survey of a small outbuilding to the north of the Grade II listed Fairfield Lodge was undertaken prior to alterations. Some of the building's original layout, including a fireplace on the north elevation and a brick hearth adjacent, betrays the original function of the room as a laundry room. The layout is likely to be original to the building and quite probably contemporary to the original 18th century construction of the vicarage.
