Full Description
{1} Gas works. The original gas works were constructed in 1833 in Milestone Close. Wellingborough The gasometers on London Road have been demolished and the area is now used as an industrial estate.
{3} Supply originally from a private company but later operated as the Wellingborough Gas Light Company. In 1904, production was transferred to a new works.
