Summary
Earthworks of the former bomb stores area associated with the airfield are visible on lidar imagery. The earthworks comprise four sets of bomb stores with protective earth bunding.

Full Description
{1} Illustration of the airfield in August 1944 indicates this area was the bomb store.
{2} Lidar imagery shows earthworks of four bomb stores surviving, although the western example is not well preserved.
