Full Description
{1} Excavation conducted in 1961-5; a series of early 4th century features found; repairs and replacements were undertaken to the west entrance of the hillfort; the inner ditch was cleaned out; the fort seems to have been deliberately burnt;
{2} Guardrooms destroyed; possibly abandoned;
