Full Description

{1} Earthwork visible between the green and the north-west end of the curving Main Street; a hollow way, 12m wide and a maximum of 2m deep, reduced to a single scarp at the north end; suggests that the main street once ran almost north-south through the hamlet or that the green was once much larger and extended north between the hollow-way and the existing street;
