Full Description
{1} Modern bridge dated 1844; both extensively rebuilt in recent years & contain no visible remains of earlier bridges.
{2} Bridge built at Stanford in 1844 was probably first to carry public road.
{3} Bridge over Avon in Stanford Park took place of ford where fatal accident occurred in 1705.
